What time is Check In / Check Out?
Check-In Time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and check-out are available for an additional fee.
What are your standard Deposit and Cancellation Policies?
A full prepayment is due at the time of booking. Reservations can be cancelled up to 48 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Cancellations and no-shows within 2 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Reservations booked with a non-refundable rate code require a full prepayment at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
Are Children allowed?
Yes children of all ages are allowed.
Are Pets Allowed?
Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $45/stay. Service animals are also allowed but cannot be left in the room.
How should I get there from the Airport?
We recommend you take a taxi or a Rideshare from the Airport. The cost is approximately $25 - $30.
I'm driving in, where do I park?
We recommend our complimentary off-street parking at 2121 2nd Ave S.
DO YOU HAVE A GYM?
No, we do not have a gym.

No, we do not have an icemaker.
do you have a microwave or refrigerator in the room?
No, we do not have them in the rooms. There is a shared microwave in the refrigerator on each floor.
What is the closest coffee shop?

is there daily housekeeping?
We offer a daily refresh of all guest rooms daily.
is there an elevator?
In keeping with the original historic charm of our building, there is no elevator on property. All of our guest rooms are located on the second or third floors of the build.
